In the Ishrat Jahan encounter case, the CBI special court has given a big decision. In the encounter case, the court acquitted the three Crime Branch officers Tarun Barot, Anju Chaudhary and Girish Singhal from all charges. While acquitting the three officers, the court has said that Ishrat Jahan was a terrorist of Lashkar-e-Taiba. The court said that the intelligence report cannot be denied which is why the three officers are acquitted.
इशरत जहां एनकाउंटर केस में सीबीआई की स्पेशल कोर्ट ने बड़ा फैसला सुनाया है. एनकाउंटर केस में कोर्ट ने क्राइम ब्रांच के तीनों अधिकारी तरुण बारोट, अंजु चौधरी और गिरिश सिंघल को सभी आरोपों से बरी कर दिया है. तीनों अधिकारियों को बरी करते हुए कोर्ट ने कहा है कि इशरत जहां, लश्कर ए तैयबा की आंतकी थी. कोर्ट ने कहा कि खुफिया रिपोर्ट को नकारा नहीं जा सकता यही कारण है कि तीनों अधिकारियों को बरी किया जाता है.
